Construction progress 2025

In this new video, we showcase the current state of the construction site and summarise the work carried out throughout 2025.

The Equides Villas project has now completed the phase of establishing the basic infrastructure. The main focus was on working with the terrain: the hill has been terraced and retaining walls have been erected. At the same time, engineering works continued – the installation of electricity and plumbing.

The project’s lead architect discusses the architectural solutions, the approaches chosen and the overall concept for the development.

In the video, we also share our plans for 2026 and the next stages of implementation.
