Construction progress 2026

The company is confidently implementing the project. Over the first seven months of 2026, significant progress has been made at all key stages of construction. More than 50 specialists work on the construction site every day, ensuring a steady pace of work.

Work is proceeding simultaneously across several construction phases.

The monolithic structures have been completed on a significant number of buildings. The bricklaying of external walls and internal partitions is underway. Roofing work has already been completed on some buildings.

On the new phase, foundation work is being finalised and utility networks are being laid.

Construction of external water supply and sewerage networks is continuing, internal roads are being laid, and work is being carried out to stabilise the terrain using gabion structures.

Preparations are underway for the next stages of engineering infrastructure development, including the drilling of a borehole, the installation of local treatment facilities and the laying of external electrical networks.
