Equides Villas Cottage Town Wins the European Property Award

Equides Villas Cottage Town by BGV Development has received recognition at the European Property Awards, an international mark of quality and professional acknowledgment in the real estate sector. The finals among Europe’s top developers traditionally took place in London on October 23.

Equides Villas won in the category Residential Development 20+ Units Ukraine. This confirms the high standards of construction, architectural design, and planning, as well as the innovative approach of the BGV Development team.

The European Property Awards are the European segment of the International Property Awards, which annually recognize the best architectural, design, and development projects worldwide. Winners are selected by a jury of independent experts in architecture, design, and real estate.

Equides Villas is a premium-class cottage town located in the village of Lisnyky, Kyiv region, 13 km from the city center. The project involves the construction of 51 villas of various layouts, with a total living area of over 5,000 sq.m. Construction began at the end of 2024, with completion planned for Q4 2026. The villas are built next to Equides Club — a suburban park-hotel complex for leisure (including a golf club, equestrian club, padel courts, SPA, restaurant, and other recreational areas), creating a full-fledged environment for relaxation. The project features innovative solutions in planning, design, and space usage, making it one of the most prestigious premium residential complexes in Ukraine.
